2. Information We Collect

• Account information — email address, name, and company name collected at sign-up via Clerk authentication.
• Uploaded data — CSV files you upload containing anonymized user event data from your exchange. We do not require or store personally identifiable end-user information.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and session metadata for product improvement.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the analytics platform
• To process and display your uploaded funnel data
• To send service-related notifications and alerts you configure
• To improve our product based on usage patterns

4. Data Isolation

CryptoFunnel Analyzer uses a strict multi-tenant architecture. Each company's data is fully isolated and inaccessible to other organizations. All queries are scoped by companyId at the database level.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and uploaded data for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Free plan data is retained for 30 days; Pro and Enterprise data is retained indefinitely.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Clerk — user authentication and session management
• PostgreSQL — data storage

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed credentials, and role-based access controls. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
