1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CryptoFunnel Analyzer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Description of Service

CryptoFunnel Analyzer is a B2B analytics platform that allows cryptocurrency exchanges to upload user event data and analyze funnel performance, channel attribution, whale detection, and smart alerting.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with unauthorized users.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload data containing personally identifiable information of end users without consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the platform's source code
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise platform security

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to the Service. By uploading data, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and display that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose beyond operating the platform.

6. Plans and Billing

• Free plan — provided as-is with no guarantees of uptime or feature availability.
• Pro plan — billed monthly at $299/month. Cancel anytime; no refunds for partial periods.
• Enterprise plan — custom pricing with SLA terms defined in a separate agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then deleted.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
